**Travel fellowships for students

• IPRRS offers travel fellowships to young researchers (i.e. graduate students or early-career postdoctoral fellows) who are attending the symposium.
• To be eligible, you must be the presenting author of an abstract.
• To apply, indicate it during the registration process. Once you have registered, please send us a short CV with your contact details, along with a one-page letter explaining why you are interested in the fellowship and what your career goals are. Please also indicate the reference number of your abstract. These documents must be sent to enric.mateu@uab.cat. Please indicate the reference number of your abstract in the title of the email: ‘IPRRS fellowship’. Proof of your status can be requested.

Special accommodation rates

To help you organise your stay, the organisation has partnered with two hotels to offer discounted rates to registered attendees. Once you have registered for the congress registration, you will receive an email containing a promotional code. Use this promotional code to book your room on the hotel website. This rate is valid for reservations between Monday 5 October 5 and Friday 9 October (both dates inclusive), subject to room availability.

Below you will find the two available options, so you can choose the one that best suits your needs:

• Hotel Exe Campus (4*) – Maximum Convenience: This hotel is located on UAB Campus and is the venue of the Symposium. It is the ideal choice if you want to avoid any daily commuting and maximize your time at the venue.
• Olivia Balmes Hotel (4*) – In the Heart of Barcelona: Located in downtown Barcelona, this option allows you to enjoy the atmosphere and lifestyle of the capital after the working sessions. It is connected to the congress venue from the nearby Provença train station (1 minute walking). The journey from Provença to the venue (Bellaterra station) takes about 35 minutes
