Congress Code of Conduct

At Bocemtium, we strongly believe in the importance of creating safe, inclusive, and respectful environments for all participants, collaborators, and organizations involved in our congresses.

Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion. Equity means removing barriers, biases, and obstacles that prevent equal access and opportunities.

We value the diversity of people and their talents, and we promote active and genuine inclusion in all our events. All participants have the right to be part of our activities without any discrimination, whether based on race, color, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, age, marital status, religion, nationality, disability, or any other personal or social condition.

Safe and Professional Environment. Our congresses must be spaces where people feel welcome, respected, and free to exchange ideas. Bocemtium does not tolerate any form of discrimination, harassment, or intimidation. All participants, including attendees, speakers, sponsors, exhibitors, staff, and vendors, must behave professionally, courteously, and respectfully toward others.

Professional and Business Relationships. All interactions and relationships conducted within the framework of the congress, whether professional or commercial, must be based on good manners, honesty, and mutual respect. Disrespectful behavior, abusive attitudes, aggressive conduct, or any other inappropriate behavior will not be tolerated.

In the event of such situations, Bocemtium reserves the right to take necessary measures, including the immediate expulsion of the responsible person(s) and/or company(ies) from the congress, without any right to a refund or compensation.

Commitment and Responsibility. We expect all participants to adhere to these principles and contribute to creating an enriching, inclusive, and safe experience for everyone. If you observe any situation contrary to this Code of Conduct, please report it to the event organization as soon as possible via email: codigoconducta@bocemtium.com.
