Return and Cancellation Policy

 

RETURN POLICY

The user has the right to a full refund of the registration fee provided that the conditions of the cancellation policy, which is determined for each congress and made public from the start of the registration period, are met.

Refunds will be made using the same payment method used for the purchase, in this case via virtual POS, once the congress has concluded.

 

CANCELLATION POLICY

Cancellations must be notified in writing to devoluciones@bocemtium.com at least 6 hours before the scheduled start time of the reservation. Cancellations communicated through any other means will not be accepted. The email must include all purchase details, specifying the congress it refers to, full name, date, and contact information.
